Palace Theatre London comprises of four levels as Stalls, Dress Circle, Grand Circle and Balcony. From the street level into the main foyer there are two steps along with an alternative entrance on Shaftesbury Avenue which has level access to the auditorium.

After entering the main foyer, 3 steps down to the Stalls, 30 steps up to the Dress Circle, 56 steps up to the Grand Circle and 77 steps up to the Balcony. For the disabled patrons and their carers, discounted seats are available.

If you are wheelchair user then should opt for the side entrance positioned on Shaftesbury Avenue with no steps to the auditorium. At W27 of the Stalls, there is 1 space for a wheelchair or scooter user, whereas 2 spaces for smaller wheelchairs at W26 and 27. To any aisle seat in the Stalls, there is transfer seating along with storage space for maximum 4 wheelchairs and one scooter at the backside of the Stalls.

For the disabled guests, drinks can be brought as there no level access to the bars. An induction loop point is installed at the box office, whereas an infra-red system in the auditorium and headsets are available in the foyer.
